Meet the Team
2017-2018 Executive Team
Kayla is a junior civil engineering major participating in the Widener Music Chamber Ensemble. She served as SWE's SGA Representative her freshman and sophomore years before becoming president. In addition to SWE, Kayla is a member of Phi Sigma Sigma sorority and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Outside of Widener, she is involved in the American Concrete Institute.
Kayla's participation in Girls Scouts instilled in her a passion for the advocacy of women in STEM careers. She enjoys participating in all types of service events and hopes to pursue a job in the getotechnical field and serve as a. Americorps participant with a Habitat for Humanity affiliate, post graduation. |
Megan is a junior civil engineering major with a management minor with an interest in construction management, storm water management, and water resources. During her summers, Megan has interned with KCI Technologies Inc. in their construction management division where she was contracted to the Maryland Transportation Authorities Operations Division.
Megan loves that SWE is a place for women engineers of all disciplines to come together and create a community of inclusion. Our annual Engineering Girls Mini-Camp is her absolute favorite as she loves to watch young women developing their passion for engineering that she sees in us all. |
Maddie is a junior chemical engineering major. She is a catcher/utility player on Widener's Softball team in addition to being a member of Phi Sigma Pi honors fraternity and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), and Alpha Omega Epsilon professional and social sorority.

Christina is a senior civil engineering major participating in Widener's Presidential Service Corps/Bonner Leadership Program. This program commits her to volunteering 300 hours of service each year, with 220 of those hours at a community partner site in Chester, Pennsylvania. Outside of SWE, Christina is a member of Alpha Omega Epsilon professional and social sorority, Widener Dance Company, Pride Pack Dance Crew, and is an acting senator of Widener's Student Government Association.

Natalie is a freshmen civil engineering major with an environmental engineering minor. She is a member of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority and the Pride Activities Council. Additionally, Natalie is involved in Alternative Spring Break. Her participation in ASB allows her to commit her spring break to serving a Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
